The perfect way to cleanse and restore. Join us for a week of yoga, meditation and delicious food in the mountains of Greece.
Villa Juliet is situated on the hillside, overlooking the sea and near to the village of Kardamyli, which lies on the Mani Peninsula of the Peloponnese region. It is an exceptionally beautiful area being mountainous and unspoilt. It is the perfect retreat destination.
The purpose of these retreats is to combine two very important practices - yoga and the art of eating well. Through yoga we learn how to work with the body and mind, creating a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and to the world around us. But this work is not possible without the right fuel, as the food we eat affects not only how we function physically but also how we respond mentally. By learning to eat well using natural and wholefoods, we create inner freedom, vitality and a sense of joy.
