Villa Juliet is situated on the hillside, overlooking the sea and near to the village of Kardamyli, which lies on the Mani Peninsula of the Peloponnese region. It is an exceptionally beautiful area being mountainous and unspoilt. It is the perfect retreat destination.

The purpose of these retreats is to combine two very important practices - yoga and the art of eating well. Through yoga we learn how to work with the body and mind, creating a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and to the world around us. But this work is not possible without the right fuel, as the food we eat affects not only how we function physically but also how we respond mentally. By learning to eat well using natural and wholefoods, we create inner freedom, vitality and a sense of joy.

The easiest way to get there is to fly directly to Kalamata. Easy Jet go from London Gatwick every Tuesday and Saturday. On arrival a taxi will pick you up and bring you to the house for a small cost. Cars can also be rented at the airport but it is easier to rent them in the local village, where we get a good deal.
Please note it is essential for every group to have at least one rented car and at least two willing drivers between them. All transport costs for the week will be divided between the group and will be approximately 100 euros including airport taxis and rental cars.
