My aim is to help you achieve your goals by giving you the tools and knowledge required to break old patterns and make long-term changes to your health. Drawing on my knowledge of eastern wisdom, as well as my background in western nutrition I use a natural, wholefoods approach to create balance and harmony.
The path to good health is a journey with many ups and downs along the way. The key to success is to understand your patterns and know how to change them. This is where the magic happens!

- Introduction to a natural kitchen, including store cupboard essentials & kitchen equipment
- Hands on cooking workshop, focus on breakfasts

- Creating balance in meals
- Hands on cooking, focus on lunch and snacks
- Actions, recipes and menu plans for the week ahead

- Eating with the seasons
- Hands on cooking, focus on dinners
- Actions, recipes and menus for the week ahead
