Cookery Classes for Health & Happiness 

One 2 One Classes

One to one classes are an excellent way of gaining practical cooking skills, improving your food knowledge and learning how to make the connection between the food you eat and your health. The class will begin with a short consultation to look at your overall health and diet, define what you need from the class and plan how best to move forward. A hands on cooking session will follow, where you will learn the art of creating natural, wholefoods tailored to your health needs and desires.

Time: 3hrs
Venue: comfort of your own home

Specific Health Conditions

Cookery sessions can be tailored to work on specific health conditions such as weight management, digestive disorders, skin problems, hormonal imbalance and many more. In this instance you might consider more than one session or a health coaching package. 

Group Classes 

Why not get a group of friends together for a cookery session at home. This is a fun and informal way of bringing people together to learn about new approaches to food, cooking and health. During these classes, participants will learn how to make simple, healthy recipes, as well as learning about new ways of optimising their health. The class will finish with a shared meal to enjoy the delicious creations. 

Cost: 2 people at £115 p/p
          3 to 5 people at £85 p/p 
Time: 3hrs
Venue: In the comfort of your own home or a friend's home

Overall my meeting with Rebecca was quite an awakening. Our conversation prior to the cookery session was quite emotional and took me on a journey through some stuff I'd never really thought about before, or if I had, I had suppressed a lot of it! But at no point did this feel unsafe or that my emotions weren't contained. Quite the opposite. I just wish we had longer. The combination of this and then the fast paced, positive and inspiring cooking session was great and by the end, it all felt really accessible. Since then, I'm listening to my body more and noticing changes to my moods and correlating that with what I'm eating. All in all, it was a great experience and one I carry with me at all times. So interesting, inspiring and deeply thought provoking was the session that I can hear Rebecca's words as clear as day in my head. It's nice to have you with me Rebecca! Poppy, Bournemouth




Cooking class was an absolute delight in so many ways. Rebecca teaches in the most encouraging way, allowing each of us to feel comfortable and confident and excited about food and nutritious living. She made us feel like we could all be great and healthy chefs and she explained issues in the most lucid and accessible way. The end results were delicious and it was a wonderful experience.
